Victoria is a Certified Management Consultant, and a fluently bilingual CPA, CA with over 30-years experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers and in industry. She is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Business Finance Professional (BFP) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD), the International Institute of International Auditors (IIIA) and the Calgary Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). She graduated from McGill University with a first-class honours degree in English Literature. As a CPA and CMC, she brings financial, audit, risk management, consulting skills and business acumen. Having served on a multitude of boards and committees, she also brings a wealth of experience in governance – she was appointed by the Governor in Council to Canada Lands Company Ltd, (CLCL) and serves as Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee. She also serves as the Chair of the British & Commonwealth Business Association of Canada, Board Director on the boards of Calgary Housing Company and Keyworks Ltd and has recently been appointed to the Departmental Audit Committees of Natural Resources Canada and the RCMP.
