Our Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EiRs) have first-hand experience with launching and growing startups. Through 1:1 coaching and mentorship, founders gain the strategic guidance needed to prioritize, focus, and navigate key challenges.EIRs adopt a coaching philosophy in their mentorship role—asking the right questions to help founders critically assess their own businesses from new angles. This method empowers founders to arrive at their own conclusions, tackling challenges autonomously, ensuring the founder maintains full ownership of the strategic direction and decision-making process.
