The Peer-to-Peer Program is right for you if:
- You’re looking to connect with a community of other tech employees who oversee the same portfolio as you
- You would like to enhance your leadership skills through discussions facilitated by a Venture Mentoring Services of Alberta (VMSA) mentor
- You would like to discuss ideas, obstacles and wins with a group of peers who understand where you’re coming from
- You would like access to the Platform Innovation Centre where you can connect with Calgary’s tech community

Employees who manage the same portfolios within Calgary’s tech community and who work for a Platform Calgary member company.
What to expect:
The Peer-to-Peer Program provides an opportunity for individuals working in similar roles at local tech companies to learn from each other through a facilitated discussion and exchanging experiential advice. Participants can expect to share knowledge, problem-solve, network, and hold space for each other’s topics of discussion.
Participants will be grouped with their peers to ensure relevant discussion. New participants can join at any time. Meetings will be facilitated by a certified Venture Mentoring Service of Alberta (VMSA) mentor. During a Peer-to-Peer Program, VMSA mentors will encourage participants to share their experiences, successes, and challenges through interactive discussions. Discussions will emphasize actionable takeaways that participants can implement in their roles.
