The Peer-to-Peer Program connects individuals managing the same portfolios at tech companies, helping them with collaborative problem-solving, networking, and knowledge sharing.
Employees who manage the same portfolios within Calgary’s tech community and who work for a Platform Calgary member company.
The Peer-to-Peer Program provides an opportunity for individuals working in similar roles at local tech companies to learn from each other through a facilitated discussion and exchanging experiential advice. Participants can expect to share knowledge, problem-solve, network, and hold space for each other’s topics of discussion.
Meetings will be facilitated by a (VMSA) Venture Mentoring Service of Alberta certified mentor, or a certified leadership coach. Meeting facilitators will encourage participants to share their experiences, successes, and challenges through interactive discussions, presentations, or case studies. Discussions will emphasize actionable takeaways that participants can implement in their roles. Participants can also choose specific technology, leadership, or industry-related themes for each session. The Platform team will coordinate details for participants including calendar scheduling, booking rooms at the Innovation Centre, speakers, workshops, and catering.
